Ted Sutton
Actor, Film actor
Who is Ted Sutton?
Ted Sutton is an actor and voice over artist who lives in Los Angeles. He is best known for playing Sergeant Cunningham in SIGNS, a film made by M. Night Shyamalan, and starring Mel Gibson and Joaquin Phoenix. It was the role that got him an invitation to Hollywood after spending years as a New York actor. Since moving to California he has made several guest appearances in television series, including 24, Law & Order: SVU, Cold Case, Jag, Charmed, 10-8, and Enterprise. Sutton played a department store regional manager who took a big cash bribe on The Young & The Restless. His character Pete Hudson finally got caught in a sting because he got greedy. Sutton says that role was the most fun he has ever had. He is especially noted for his unique and distinctively sonorous speaking voice. He worked as a doctor in Clint Eastwood's Million Dollar Baby.
