Who was Thomas L. Glenn?

Thomas Louis Glenn was an attorney and politician from Idaho. Glenn served a single term as a Populist in Congress from 1901 to 1903, representing the state at-large.

Born in Kentucky, he served in the Confederate Army during the Civil War, was wounded captured and imprisoned. He was later was a state senator in Kentucky. He moved to Idaho in the 1890s and practiced law in Montpelier, in the southeast corner of the state.
