Who is Thomas N. Hickman?
Founding President of Citizens' National Bank in Garland, TX in year 1895. One of Garland's earliest commercial bank. Hickman's personal quarters were located upstairs. He later built a large green frame residence on Main Street and personified the monetary ideals of the new town of Garland.
