Tilman Rossmy ist ein deutscher Songwriter, Folk- und Country-Liedermacher. Einen Namen machte er sich sowohl mit seiner Punk-beeinflussten Band Die Regierung Anfang der 1990er Jahre als auch als Solokünstler ab 1995. Sein wohl bekanntester Song, Loswerden, wurde sowohl von den Lassie Singers als auch der Alternative Country-Band The Walkabouts gecovert.
