Who is Tim Supple?

Timothy Supple is a British theatre director.

Tim Supple has directed and adapted theatre throughout the UK and in Europe, North and South America and the Middle and Far East. He has worked regularly at the Royal National Theatre and Royal Shakespeare Company and was Artistic Director of the Young Vic from 1993 to 2000. He is currently co-director of Dash Arts.

At the Young Vic he directed A Servant To Two Masters, As I Lay Dying, Twelfth Night, Blood Wedding, The Jungle Book, Grimm Tales, More Grimm Tales, The Slab Boys Trilogy, Oedipus; for the National Theatre: Haroun and the Sea of Stories, The Epic of Gilgamesh, Billy Liar, Accidental Death of an Anarchist, Whale, Romeo and Juliet, The Villains Opera; for the RSC: Midnight’s Children, Love in a Wood, Tales from Ovid, The Comedy of Errors, Spring Awakening: for Kenneth Branagh’s Renaissance Theatre Company: Coriolanus and Traveling Tales.
