Who was Timur-Malik?
Timur-Malik, also spelled Temür Malik, was the tenth Khan of the White Horde and a son of Urus Khan. Early in his reign, he invaded the lands of his cousin Toqtamysh and won a string of victories. Finally, Toqtamysh trapped him near Qara-Tal and defeated him. Timur-Malik was killed in the battle.
