Who is Tuff Hedeman?
Richard Neale "Tuff" Hedeman is a retired three-time PRCA World Champion bull rider, as well as the 1995 Professional Bull Riders World Champion, and is the ambassador of Championship Bull Riding.
Previously, he was the president of the PBR. He is known for having been one of Lane Frost's closest friends. He is of Swedish descent on his father's side.
