Who is Uri Rosenthal?
Uriël "Uri" Rosenthal is a Dutch politician of the People's Party for Freedom and Democracy. He served as Minister of Foreign Affairs in the Cabinet Rutte I from October 14, 2010 until November 5, 2012. He previously served as a Member of the Senate from June 8, 1999 until October 14, 2010 and the Parliamentary leader in the Senate from May 5, 2005 until October 14, 2010. A professor of political science and public administration by occupation, he taught from 1980 until 2010 at the Erasmus University Rotterdam and the Leiden University.
