Victor Manuel Velasco Herrera is a theoretical physicist and researcher at the Institute of Geophysics of the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He disagrees with predictions about future climate change, arguing that they ignore the most important factor, which is sun activity. In the summer of 2008, he also predicted the world to soon enter a little ice age.
