Who was Victor Sumulong?

Victor R. Sumulong was a Filipino politician.

Sumulong was the son of Lorenzo Sumulong, who served in the Philippine Senate for 21 years and once famously provoked Soviet Union premier Nikita Khrushchev to bang his shoe at the United Nations. He was married to Michelle Jalandoni-Sumulong, with whom he had three children.
