Vladimir Podatev is a convicted Russian criminal from Khabarovsk. He created the International Human Rights Agency "Edinstvo", was elected a Supreme Ataman of the World Cossack Society, and was appointed a member of the Commission for Human Rights under the Boris Yeltsin regime. Podatev was previously convicted three times and was a vor v zakone.
