Who was Wacław Sobieski?
Wacław Sobieski was a Polish historian, professor of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, member of the Polish Academy of Learning, and author of many works on the history of Poland especially of the 17th century. He was an indirect descendant of King Jan III Sobieski.
