Who is "Welding" Kumar?
"Welding" Kumar was an Indian criminal hailing from Chennai. He was notorious for an attack on advocate Shanmugasundaram for which he was sentenced to life in prison. He was later killed in Puzhal prison during a fight with his inmates.
