Who is Wendy Wilkins?
Wendy Wilkins is the provost and executive vice president at New Mexico State University. She took the post in mid-July 2010 after resigning from the University of North Texas at the end of business day, July 1st, 2010. Prior to beginning her service as the University of North Texas Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs in 2007, Wilkins has served as Dean of the College of Arts and Letters at Michigan State University and as Associate Dean for Academic Personnel in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Arizona State University. Her work in academic administration began with service as Associate Chair, and then Chair, of the Department of English at ASU.
