Who was Wendy Wyland?

Janna Wendy Wyland was a female diver from the United States. More commonly known as Wendy Wyland, she represented her native country at the 1984 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, California, winning the bronze medal in the Women's 10m Platform competition. Two years earlier, she won the world title in the same event.
