Who is Wilfred Bumburing?
Datuk Seri Wilfred Bumburing is a Malaysian politician. He is the Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for the Tuaran constituency in Sabah.
He was elected to federal Parliament in the 2008 election for the seat of Tuaran, representing the United Pasokmomogun Kadazandusun Murut Organisation party in the ruling Barisan Nasional coalition. His election came after UPKO's incumbent member Wilfred Madius Tangau stood down citing the wishes of the party's leadership. In 2012, he left UPKO to sit in Parliament as a member of the opposition Pakatan Rakyat coalition.
Bumburing had served as Deputy Chief Minister of Sabah.
