Who is Wilfried Emvula?
Wilfried Emvula is a Namibian politician and diplomat. A member of the South West Africa People's Organization, Emvula is Namibia's ambassador to the United Nations. In 2006 he was made ambassador to Ethiopia; prior to his appointment to Ethiopia, Emvula was ambassador to France from 1999-2006.
