Who was Wilhelm Heinrich Roscher?
Wilhelm Heinrich Roscher was a German classical scholar. He is best known for his lexicon, the Ausführliches Lexikon der griechischen und römischen Mythologie. He also published Neue Omphalosstudien: Ein Archaeologischer Beitrag zur Vergleichenden Religions-Wissenschaft, an archaeological study of the Omphalos myth.
The economist Wilhelm Georg Friedrich Roscher was his father.
