Who is Will Keen?
Will Keen is an English actor. He is also a trustee of the James Menzies Kitchen Award, an award set up for young theatre directors in memory of the director with whom Keen collaborated early in his career. He has been nominated for a number of theatre awards and in 2008 was longlisted for an Evening Standard Theatre Award for his performance in Waste at the Almeida.
Keen studied at Eton College and has a degree in English from Oxford University where he was a contemporary of Eve Best. He is married to the Spanish actress, theatre director and writer Maria Fernandez Ache with whom he has a daughter.
Keen has worked extensively in the English and Spanish theatre. Some of his notable credits being: 'Hui Clos', 'Traicion' [Betrayal], 'Macbeth', Waste, Tom & Viv, Five Gold Rings, Romeo and Juliet, The Arsonists, Kiss of the Spider Woman, The Changeling, The Rubenstein Kiss, Don Juan, Man and Superman, Pericles, The Duchess of Malfi, The Coast of Utopia, Hove, The Prince of Hambourg, The Two Noble Kinsmen, The Tempest, Dido Queen of Carthage and Elton John's Glasses.
