William Hoey Kearney Redmond was an Irish nationalist politician, barrister and soldier. He was 34 years an Irish Parliamentary Party member of parliament in the House of Commons of the United Kingdom, an Irish land reform agitator for which he was imprisoned three times, a determined advocate of Irish Home Rule and a Western Front fatality of the First World War.
