William Lester Nelson was an American farmer and politician from Columbia, Missouri. He represented Missouri as a Democrat in the United States House of Representatives for several terms: 1919-1921, 1925–1933 and 1935-1943. He is buried at the Columbia Cemetery in Columbia, Missouri.
