William T. Dzurilla, formerly William T. D'Zurilla, is an attorney, a partner in the Boies, Schiller & Flexner law firm's Fort Lauderdale, Florida office. He was a law clerk for Justice Byron White of the United States Supreme Court from 1982 to 1983. He played a key role in the privatization of major state-owned businesses in Slovakia.
