Who is Wilton Daniel Gregory?

Wilton Daniel Gregory is an African-American clergyman of the Roman Catholic Church. He is the sixth and current Archbishop of Atlanta, having previously served as Bishop of Belleville and Auxiliary Bishop of Chicago. He was president of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops from 2001 to 2004.
