Who is ADOETTE?

Adoette is a Christian indie singer and artist who is inspired by stories of people and the world. She wants to glorify God through all her talents while spreading the message of unconditional love, positivity, kindness, and appreciation to all people. Adoette has been drawing, singing, and creating art with passion since the age of 3 and always wanted to be a light in the world to help people. She currently resides in Oregon.

Adoette was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where her father passed away. In 2013, Adoette suffered from a broken femur in her leg due to a head-on car wreck with her mother and sister. Getting bullied in school and other negative events gave Adoette an opportunity to turn negativity into a form of light through art and express her originality, positivity, and real-life stories through writing music. In the end, she appreciates all situations―good or bad―because they make her grow and become stronger.

Adoette performed at the annual Dogwood Festival in Fayetteville, NC in 2009 and 2010. She was a South East Talent Search contestant during November 2012 for commercial modeling and singing, and she was featured in the Hope Mills Sandspur newspaper for her music in 2013. Adoette played an extra role in the 2015 indie horror film "The Hollow Oak" directed by Chris Maney, where her original songs "Your Song" and "Remedy" were included in the film as well. In 2016, she filmed and released her first music video directed by producer, director, and actor Michael J. Lockridge for her original song "Remedy."
