Who is Alan Cooke?

Alan Cooke brings over 25 years of software infrastructure and

enterprise application sales experience and 15 years of sales

management experience to the company. Most recently, Alan was Vice

President ofWorldwide Sales for Actional,the leader in Service

Oriented Architecture (SOA) Security, Management, Monitoring

Broker software where his team grew revenue 300% and put the company in

position for acquisition by Progress Software.Prior to Actional, Alan

was Vice Presidentof Sales for Datasweep, a leading provider of

web-based real-time manufacturinglifecycle management solutions which

doubled revenues during his tenure and was acquired by Rockwell

Automation. Earlier, Alanheld multiplesenior sales management roles

in his 6 year career at Sybase wherehis teamswere instrumental in the

company's growthfrom $160m to over $1b. His education includes a

bachelor's degree in economics from Ohio Wesleyan University, and

studies at Wroxton College in England.
