Who is Albert Horsfall?
Chief Albert Korubo Horsfall is a former Nigerian security chief and prominent nationalist. Albert Horsfall was born on 22 December 1941 at Buguma in present day Rivers State. Horsfall was a police man and pioneer member of the National Security Organization. He was also the first Director general of the National Intelligence Agency, the fifth Director general of the State Security Service and the pioneer Chairman of the Oil Minerals Producing Areas Development Commission.
