Alexi Ivanov was a Bulgarian politician.

He is Romanian and has Romanian father and mother of mixed Bulgarian-Greek. In 1940 he and his family went to Bulgaria, where Alexe Badarau unofficially changed its name to Alexi Ivanov.In 1943, Alexi Ivanov started his regular military service in the Bulgarian army - motorized troops and in 1944- 1945 a participant as a soldier in the war Battle of the Transdanubian Hills, Nagykanizsa–Körmend Offensive and Austrian operations in the composition of the First Army until May 1945.Alexi Ivanov has a wife Ivanika, one son Ivan, and one grandson Alexi.Alexi Ivanov he served as the Deputy Chairman of Council of Ministers, Chairman of the Council for Agriculture and Forestry Economy - member of the Council of Ministers and Minister of agriculture and forestry in the government of Georgi Atanasov, from March 24, 1986 until December 19, 1988 and Deputy chairman of the Bulgarian Agrarian National Union from December 1, 1976 until December 2, 1989. An economist by trade, he also served in the Bulgarian parliament.
