Who was Anastasio Hernández-Rojas?
In May 2010, 32-year-old Anastasio Hernández-Rojas was caught by US border patrol agents trying to enter the United States from Mexico near San Diego. He was detained and later died in custody. Witnesses claim border patrol agents beat him while he was handcuffed and tasered him as many as five times as he pleaded for his life.
