Who is Andrew Hart?
Andrew Hart, also referred to as Andy Hart is a retired English middle distance runner who specialized in the 800 metres. His personal best time was 1:45.71 minutes, achieved when he placed fifth at the 1998 Commonwealth Games, his most prestigious championship achievement. He also competed at the Olympic Games once, in 2000.
