Who is Arminka Helic?
Arminka Helic, Baroness Helic is a Bosnian-born British Special Adviser and Chief of Staff to the Former British Foreign Secretary William Hague.
The Daily Mail has described her as "Mr Hague's formidable £70,000-a-year special adviser and long-standing chief of staff", and as "Hague's 'blue-eyed Bosnian Muslim émigré'". In 2014, Arminka Helic was appointed to the House of Lords by the Prime Minister, David Cameron. Lady Helic will be the third Conservative Muslim woman peer. She was created a Life Peer on 18 September 2014 taking the title Baroness Helic, of Millbank in the City of Westminster.
