Who was Arthur S. Moreau, Jr.?

Admiral Arthur Stanley Moreau, Jr. was a United States Navy four star admiral who served as Commander in Chief, U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Commander in Chief, Allied Forces Southern Europe from 1985 to 1986. He died of a heart attack at a military hospital in Italy while still on active duty.
