Who is Bob Sellers?

Miles Alfred "Bob" Sellers was an Australian rules footballer who played with Hawthorn in the Victorian Football League.

Sellers, a Box Hill recruit, played at Hawthorn from their inaugural VFL season in 1925, until 1934, as a follower and forward. He made a total of 98 league appearances. In 1944 he returned to the VFL as a goal umpire and officiated in 131 games. Until Mark Fraser's umpiring debut in 2005, Sellers was the last former player to officiate in a league fixture.
