Who is Carlos Quintanar?
Carlos Quintanar was a Mexican basketball player who competed in the 1960 Summer Olympics, in the 1964 Summer Olympics, and in the 1968 Summer Olympics.
Quintanar is the second Mexican to be drafted by a National Basketball Association team; he was drafted in 1971 by the San Diego Rockets in the 18th round of that year's NBA draft.However, he never played professionally to maintain his amateur status.
