Who was Chet Johnson?
Chester Lillis "Chesty Chet" Johnson was a Major League Baseball pitcher who played for the St. Louis Browns in 1946. His brother, Earl Johnson, played for the Boston Red Sox and the Detroit Tigers.
Johnson attended the University of Washington, where he played college baseball for the Huskies from 1937–1939.
