Who is Chris Palmer?
Chris Palmer is an American football coach. He, most recently, was the offensive coordinator for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League until he was fired on November 26, 2012. He is the former head coach of the Hartford Colonials of the UFL and the Cleveland Browns of the NFL. He has served as an assistant coach with the Houston Texans, Jacksonville Jaguars, New England Patriots, and Houston Oilers of the National Football League. He has also served as the quarterbacks coach for the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants.
