Colin James Holt is an Australian politician.
Born in Goomalling, Western Australia, he was a community development consultant before entering politics. He holds a Bachelor of Science majoring in zoology. In 2008, Holt was elected to the Western Australian Legislative Council as a National Party member, representing South West Region. His term commenced on 22 May 2009.
