Who is Cprince?

Benson Ikechukwu Princewill better and popularly known with his stage or performing name " CPrince".

Cprince is an Afrobeats artist.

He started out as one of the co-founders of an Afrobeats / hip-hop and dance group called ‘Free to Rhyme’. However, after a few years with the group, he decided to go solo to further pursue his career.

CPrince independently released his first solo single in 2011 which caught the attention of an A&R executive of Royalty Records which led to him finally being signed.

A few years after being noticed he has released two exclusive singles called ‘Sexy Mama’ and Achalugo with an album in the works. ( Cprince ) is a musical, recording and performing artist signed under an international record label whose branch is in Lagos Nigeria. RoyaltyRecords ltd.

Cprince has released several songs.

First solo single released by Cprince with the title “ Sexy mama", this song was released on the 24th of July 2015.

Cprince went back into the studio after taking a long break to release two different songs with the title "Ginger, Achalugo", the Ginger spoke about the situation of the country Nigerian and the cry for a better leadership, song with a visualizer, and Achalugo was also released along side ginger, with an official video that gave Cprince a good exposure and added glam to his musical career, Ginger and Achalugo was released in the year 2018.

Cprince teamed up to release a follow up song with his colleague B-tone, they released a song that speaks to the ladies titled "Africann Something”, this song was also released 14th of November 2018.

Cprince released a song with one of Nigeria's Street rave, a celerity artist with the name Zlatan, he released a song titled “Sóró featuring Zlatan”, which was released middle of last year 2019, the song got great review and hype from top blogs ranging from Notjustok.com, Naijaloaded, Tooxclusive and lots more, with lots of air play from top radio stations from the united state and locally here in Nigeria.

Cprince also collaborated with another main stream hip hop rap and street celebrity artist names CDQ with song titled “GimmeLove ft CDQ”, song was released in 23rd April 2020, the song audio and official video also came out and got lots of acceptance on local and cable tv stations, radio stations, top blogs. This song got over one hundred and fifty thousands views on YouTube and still counting.

Cprince teamed up with his label mate B-tone and Goya menor in a brand new song owned by B-tone titled Para.
