Who is Daniel Schulman?

Daniel H. Schulman has been a member of Symantec's board of directors

since March 2000. Since August 2001, Schulman has served as chief

executive officer of Virgin Mobile USA, a cellular phone service

provider.From

May 2000 until May 2001, Schulman was president and chief executive

officer of priceline.com, after serving as president and chief

operating officer from July 1999. Previously, Schulman was president of

the ATT Consumer Markets Division of ATT Corp., a

telecommunications services company, and was appointed to the ATT

Operations Group, the company's most senior executive body.From

March 1997 to November 1998, he was president of ATT WorldNet

Service. Prior to that, he was vice president, Business Services

Marketing of the ATT Business Markets Division and from May 1994

to November 1995, Schulman was Small Business Marketing vice president

of the ATT Business Markets Division.

Schulman received a bachelor's degree in economics from Middlebury

College, and a master's degree in business administration, majoring in

Finance, from New York University.
