District 8 includes the neighborhoods of Barrio Logan, Egger Highlands, Grant Hill, Golden Hill, Logan Heights,Memorial, Nestor, Ocean View Hills, Otay Mesa West, Otay Mesa East, San Ysidro, Sherman Heights, Southcrest, Stockton, and the Tijuana River Valley.
