Who is David Bell?
David Andrew Bell is emeritus professor of philosophy at the University of Sheffield, having previously studied in Dublin, Göttingen and Canada.
He is well known for his work in continental philosophy from an analytic point of view, as well as being interested in solipsism, and other areas of philosophies of mind, language, logic and mathematics. He spoke at the British Society for the History of Philosophy.
