Who is David Carnegie?
Air Vice-Marshal David Vaughan Carnegie CB, CBE, AFC was a senior Royal Air Force commander during the Second World War and the post-war decade. From 1951 to 1954 he served on secondment as the Chief of the Air Staff of the Royal New Zealand Air Force.
