David Ross is a former American football player and coach in the United States. He was most recently an assistant coach for the UTSA Roadrunners football team. Ross served as the head football coach at Bacone College from 2001 to 2005, compiling a record of 27–26. He has also served as head football coach at the junior college and high school levels.
