Who is Dean Vickerman?
Dean Vickerman is an Australian professional basketball coach. He was the assistant coach of the New Zealand Breakers of the Australasian National Basketball League from 2007–2013. On 27 April 2013, Vickerman was named the head coach of the New Zealand Breakers for 2013–14.
He was the head coach of the Waikato Pistons of the New Zealand National Basketball League from 2009–2011. In his first year in charge of the Pistons, he coached them to the league title, beating the Nelson Giants 2-0 in a best of 3 game series. He was named NZNBL Coach of the Year in 2009 and 2011. He also coached the Wellington Saints in 2002 and 2003.
