Who is Denise Stefanie?

Denise Stefanie Gonzalez, Known professionally as Denise Stefanie, is a Mexican-American singer-songwriter, model and actress. She began performing for live audiences at the age of 5. At the age of 11, Denise portrayed Selena Quintanilla in the musical production of Selena Forever. Denise began singing Jazz after the advice of her mentor, Herb Jeffries, Denise released her debut Jazz album, Denise, at the age of 12. At the age of 13, Denise was hired as the lead singer and character for Cirque du Soleil's production of Quidam.. She has since then performed with several Cirque du Soleil productions including Corteo and Alegria. She was the voice and face of the national campaign, Sevenisima, for 7UP in 2009 and 2010. Denise is one of the most recognizable voices in Televisa's campaign for Mexico's bicentennial, Estrellas del Bicentenario. Currently she is a member of the Mexican Pop group, MUHU, releasing the single, HOY, in November 2012. Muhu's second album is set to debut in early 2013.
