Who is Dibyendu Nandi?
Dibyendu Nandi is an Indian scientist acclaimed for his studies related to Solar Magnetic Cycle. He is associated with MSU, Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics and IISER, Kolkata where he carried most of his research work. He is the latest recipient of the prestigious Karen Harvey Prize of the American Astronomical Society. This is the first time that a space scientist working in the Asia-Pacific region has received this honour.
