Who is Dietrich A.W. Rulfs?

Dietrich A.W. Rulfs was an architect in Nacogdoches, Texas. Born in Germany, he "is aptly called Nacogdoches' master architect for his work in the city between 1879 and 1926."

A number of his works are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
