Dilip Barot is a well-known, India-born, American real estate entrepreneur. He is founder of Creative Choice Group, a conglomerate of companies having interests in real estate development, investment, construction, asset management, and IT/ITeS.

Creative Choice Group’s core business activity is private real estate investment, development, and management. Barot, in his capacity as CEO of companies under Creative Choice Group, manages:

Creative Choice - which develops affordable multifamily residential properties, mixed-use and commercial properties.

Naimisha Management - Property management company.

Etech - Technology-based customer interaction/customer acquisition services provider having centers in the U.S, India and Jamaica.

InfoCity - A world-class, mixed-use, projects hosting the latest infrastructure, IT Towers, International club house, and resort.

Amrit Resort and Residences - Luxury oceanfront spa and resort.

Barot was also chosen for the U.S. Corporate Stewardship Small Business Award by the U.S. Chamber and U.S. Department of Commerce in 2004.
