Who is Dizzy Spins?

Dizzy Spins, (born January 11, 2002) the alias of Alec McGreevy, is an Electronic R&B artist from Bellingham, Washington, now residing in Tucson, Arizona. While spending countless hours of his teen years studying jazz arrangement with fellow musicians, he began falling in love with the dance & hip-hop tracks played at local raves. In need of a new creative outlet, he picked up a skill set in music production and audio engineering to develop a sound of his own. Utilizing his prowess as a multi-instrumentalist, he has blended the improvisational nature of bebop with the hypnotic formulas of house music to create his own production style – characterized by funk-tinged psychedelic grooves, rambunctious drum patterns, and a synergetic fusion of samples with live instrumentation. Limited only by the twelve keys on a piano and a musician’s life expectancy, Dizzy Spins is running a marathon to prove himself as hippie town’s heaviest hitter.
