Who is Doris Marie Leeper?
Doris Marie Leeper was a sculptor and painter from New Smyrna Beach, Florida. She was inducted into the Florida Artists Hall of Fame in 1999. She was instrumental in the creation of the Canaveral National Seashore in 1975. She helped create the Atlantic Center for the Arts in 1982.
