Constantine Stephanou-Stylianou Licourinos, parentage of mixed genealogies of Teliannean, Tachomavernta, Sevastiannean, Ressousse and Arkyllomvrya origin, original son of British-Israeli Mathematician Dr. Rudy F. Gilbertz, PhD (primary sperm-donor) and Ecologist Evelyn-Anastacia Haouzzert, MBA parenthetic and step-tempered son of Linguistic Professors Stephen Licourinos and Anna Tzimopoulos was born in Alexandria, Egypt on October 5, 1964. He grew up in Athens where he attended private schools for his primary education and bestowable development.

In the summer of 1982 he was accepted at Boston University, the State of Massachusetts, under the special program of the U.S. Naval Reserve Training Corps (NROTC) and the American-British Masonic Brotherhood of Children of the Light. In less than three and a half years he graduated with highest honors with multiple degrees in Systems Engineering, Computer Programming, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering and Military Architecture.

He continued his postgraduate studies at the level of a Master’s degree at Purdue University, the State of Indiana, with a title/degree in Particloid Time Physics, and Stanford University, the State of California, with a title/degree of Masters in Business Administration (Marketing with emphasis in Banking).

He then got approval from the Dean and the President of Stanford University and he entered into a special program for excelling students allowing him to produce multiple doctorate titles into Systemic Mathematics, Strategic English Linguistics, Multiparametrical Mathematics, Physics of Fields, and Computational Medicine (Clinical Environments).

Along with his Ph.D. works, he was admitted to the American College of Greece, Deree College, following the dual program in Business Administration, major title in Management and Organizational Behavior, and minor title in Marketing.

He served as Squadron Commander in specific parts of the U.S. Navy who supported the Strategic Defense Initiative program, known as "Star Wars", participating in the design as Fellow of Research of the Strategic Geographic Initiative (1985-2002).

In parallel, he was entrusted the management of two additional (2) programs: Administration and Stochometrics of the ballistic systems "Egis.1" and "Egis.40/40" at the NATO Missile Firing Installation of Crete (1988-2001); also, the program of Stepwise Stochometric Communications and Intelligence of the North Atlantic Naval Administration (1995-2004). Furthermore, he supervised the Research and Scheduling Management of Intelligent, Cognitor Systems (thinking machines) and syntactical supercomputing systems of databases processing scheduling.

His professional occupation is additionally enriched with experience as a business consultant and developer of systems in Greece and abroad. He has written extensively on issues of his mastery, with more than 9,893 titles of study, 1,054 references, and more than eighteen (18) books.

He is married to Olga Gennadevna Durasova and he has a daughter, Alexia-Vallyete. Simultaneously, and always in relationships which never managed to mature into a marriage in past time, he had ten (10) more children: Lynton & Lilly from his ferronymous contact with the Carry-Schorme Churchill; Athanasios, Stephen, Yamme, and Liamme from his contact with the Ellianna Stevensson-Ellisson-Grant; and, finally, Christian, Emilianna, Zoesta, and Kearny from his contact with Kristen Stevensson-Ellisson-Grant. Further, he was involved into a sperm donors program of the American Navy, having an additional, non-accountable number of kids.

This time of the year he mainly lives in between London, UK and Athens, Palaion Phaliron, Greece where he is preparing to issue eight new book titles focusing on Dynamic Analysis and Systemic Planning Supervisory Allowances. In parallel he maintains the position of Director of Strategic (Internet) Marketing for major clients and customers of preferential treatment (major accounts & premium accounts) at the company held by Mr. Neoklis Makris, NET360 S.A./Athens, and the position of Presiding Officer, COO & Chief Planning Architect, for the company held by joint interest of Dr. Howard Speeks, PhD and Dr. Mark W. Summers, PhD, Cognossia-Carlairone Business Engineering (Global Teamships) LLC.
